Morgan and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He has also been a key contributor in standardizing Web services security as a member of OASIS. Yagen is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering. “I am delighted to have the opportunity to be a part of Compassoft’s ground-breaking work in financial reporting and regulatory compliance applications,” said Yagen. “Compassoft’s unique agent-less discovery technology and cellular-level Excel spreadsheet auditing and control capabilities promote seamless integration with other vendor solutions deployed in enterprise environments, and are proving to be particularly attractive to market-leading ERP and content management companies looking to partner. That is always an additional bonus for an engineering team.” About Compassoft Inc # # # Julia Glenister, JAG Wire Group
